Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

– We accept returns on items within 7 days of receipt including weekends.

– Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Please note, exchanges can only be done for size issues.

– Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:

– Sale/discounted items

– Personalized or custom-made products

– Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@naarahtextiles.com within 7 days of receiving your order which includes weekends. Please include:

  – Your order number

  – The item(s) you wish to return

  – A reason for the return (optional)

2. Return Instructions: Our customer service team will send you instructions on how to return the item(s). Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Return Shipping:

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Naarah is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Processing Your Return:

– Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return criteria.

– Upon approval, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

– We offer exchanges for items in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

– Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order which includes weekends.

-Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item.

– Final sale items, sale/discounted items, and personalized products are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@naarahtextiles.com within 7 days of receiving your order which includes weekends. Include:

– Your order number

– The item(s) you want to exchange

– The item(s) you wish to receive in exchange

Exchange Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item and processing the exchange.

Return Shipping for Exchange:

– Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the exchanged item unless the item is defective or damaged.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items for exchange.

Processing Your Exchange:

– Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you.

– If the item you requested for exchange is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives such as store credit or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order). We will provide a full refund, or exchange, depending on your preference.

NOTE ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items

Refund Policy

– Refunds are only issued for returned items that are eligible under the return policy.

– Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Missing items

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if any item is missing from their order. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items.

For Exhibitions

  • Refunds – No Refunds
  • Apparels and Home furnishings – Return & Exchange of the merchandise due to size/style/damaged issue(s), can only be done within the exhibition duration from which they were purchased and not through any other mode or medium. Tags should be intact, and the product should be unused.
  • Damaged Merchandise – Intimate Customer Support Team within 24 hours of purchase if the merchandise is damaged. ‘Damage’ does not include any issue with the merchandise pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.
  • Altered Merchandise – No exchanges will be made against merchandise which have been altered by the customer.
  • Reverse pickup – shipping costs- If the merchandise needs to be picked up or delivered by Naarah Textiles (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. then the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
